How much does Statey cost?
Statey has three plans, priced per connected Xero organisation, per month: Starter ($10 / ￡8 / R199 / AU$15 / NZ$15), Standard ($25 / ￡18 / R499 / AU$35 / NZ$35) and Pro ($50 / ￡40 / R999 / AU$70 / NZ$70). Every plan includes unlimited users.
What currency will I be billed in?
Your local currency, set automatically from your location — you don't need to choose. Statey bills in USD, GBP, ZAR, AUD or NZD; anywhere else, you're billed in USD. The pricing shown at checkout is exactly what your card is charged.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay for the year and get roughly a month free. Annual pricing: Starter ($110 / ￡88 / R2180 / AU$165 / NZ$165), Standard ($275 / ￡198 / R5480 / AU$385 / NZ$385) and Pro ($550 / ￡440 / R10980 / AU$770 / NZ$770) per year.
Is Statey priced per user?
No — per Xero organisation. Unlimited users on every plan, including bookkeepers and back-office staff.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 32 days, no credit card required. Cancel anytime.
What happens to my settings if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Features above your new plan stop applying while you're on the lower plan, but your configuration is kept — upgrade again and everything works exactly as you left it.
Do I pay more as I send more statements?
No. Email statements are unlimited on every plan — no usage charges, no per-statement fees, no add-ons. Statements sent by your own systems through the API are subject to a daily fair-use limit.
How does Statey's price compare with credit-control suites?
Full accounts-receivable and credit-control suites typically run from around $69 to $650+ per month, because they bundle invoice chasing, late fees, customer portals and more. Statey costs $10–$50 because it does one thing — customer statements — deeply, including automated statement runs.
