How to Send Xero Statements from Your Own Email Domain

Every email Xero sends — invoices, quotes, statements — comes from Xero's own address, message-service@post.xero.com , not yours. Customers see an unfamiliar sender, strict mail filters distrust it, and too often the email lands in spam. The request to fix this has been open on Xero Product Ideas since 2013 , with hundreds of comments about statements and invoices "going to junk".

What Xero offers today

Xero lets you set a Reply-To address and a From name (organisation Settings → Email settings). Replies come to you, and your name shows in the inbox — but the actual sending address, and the domain mail servers check, is still Xero's. That's why deliverability doesn't improve.

Sending statements from your own domain
