Custom Caption in Statement Footer

Statey now enables you to add a custom caption to the bottom of your Xero customer statements. This is a great place for your remittance instructions, bank details and a brief courtesy message. Embedding payment information in the statement is also good practice to avoid fraud or error.

To add a caption to your statement, head over to your dashboard and click ‘Edit’.

Then scroll down to the new caption card. Type in your remittance information and courtesy message, and then hit ‘Save’.

Your next statement will include this information at the bottom of each statement!
